LOGO DE CORPS
Multi-brand fashion group moving sales from marketplaces to its own storefronts — one modular Shopify theme for five brands, plus a membership CRM.
Problem
LOGO DE CORPS operates five separate fashion brands — LOGO Jeans, Bombboogie, Bodytalk, Ninety Degrees, and FOD — but the majority of its sales still came from marketplaces, where the customer relationship belongs to the platform rather than the group. Each brand also ran as its own storefront, so the same change had to be rebuilt five times, and a customer buying across brands counted as five unrelated customers with no shared membership value.
Solution
Rebuilt the storefront layer as a single modular Shopify theme: sections and components are built once and configured per brand rather than duplicated, so one change ships across all five storefronts instead of being reimplemented five times. On top of it sits a unified CRM and membership platform — functionality Shopify has no native answer for — designed so that points earned at any one brand are recognised across the group, making LOGO DE CORPS the account a customer holds instead of five disconnected ones.
Business Impact
One reusable storefront system across five brands, and a group-wide membership layer
Storefront work that previously had to be repeated per brand now ships once and applies across all five, removing duplicated build effort while keeping the brands visually distinct. The CRM and membership platform, currently in development, gives the group a direct customer relationship that marketplaces do not — the foundation for making its own channel the primary one rather than a secondary storefront.
