Improving a growing retail brand's Shopify storefront, integrations, performance, and commerce workflows without unnecessary platform rebuilds.

The challenge was not simply to redesign or rebuild the storefront. The existing Shopify environment needed to continue supporting day-to-day commerce while evolving around new business requirements — maintaining UX consistency, implementing storefront improvements, supporting third-party integrations, improving technical performance, and reducing friction in commerce workflows. The priority was to make incremental improvements without introducing unnecessary platform complexity.

I worked as a Fullstack Developer with responsibility across technical implementation and Shopify-related initiatives — translating business and operational requirements into maintainable technical solutions, implementing storefront improvements, supporting integrations, troubleshooting production issues, and helping ensure that changes remained aligned with the wider commerce operation.
